What services are included?
Winterizing includes changing engine oil and filter, flushing engine with non-toxic antifreeze, stabilizing fuel, fogging engine, greasing all fittings and pivot points and disconnecting battery.
In the spring, the boat will be brought out of storage, shrinkwrap will be remvoed and disposed, the battery will be charged, the boat will be run up to tempature so that we can check the oil and other fluid levels. We will visually inspect all trailer lights, tires and bearings to ensure it is road worthy for another season.
From there, you will pick up your boat and we will see you in the fall!

Frequently Asked Questions
Is shrink wrap included?
It depends on the storage option. Outdoor sterndrive and jet-boat storage is available with or without shrink wrap. Outdoor pontoon and outdoor PWC pricing shown above includes shrink wrap.
Do you offer indoor storage?
Yes. Indoor storage is available on a limited basis for personal watercraft only. Indoor pontoon storage is not available.
Is my boat insured while in storage?
No. Storage is uninsured. Customers should maintain appropriate insurance coverage on their boat while it is stored.
Can Dunfords winterize my boat?
Yes. Winterize and summerize services are available for several sterndrive, jet-boat, outboard and personal-watercraft configurations.
Do you offer boat pickup or delivery?
Delivery service is available starting at $4.00 per kilometre with a $50 minimum. Contact Dunfords to confirm availability.
Is the online estimate my final price?
No. Pricing shown on this page is a starting point. Final cost can vary depending on vessel configuration, condition, required parts, labour and optional services.
